NASA Downlink

Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 65 Flight Engineers Mark Vande Hei and Shane Kimbrough of NASA answered pre-recorded questions from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts in Hot Springs, Arkansas August 18 in an educational in-flight event. Vande Hei and Kimbrough are in the midst of long duration missions on the complex.

NASA's Downlink program connects students with astronauts aboard the space station for a live question-and-answer session about living and working in space. Email jsc-downlinks@mail.nasa.gov for more information on hosting a downlink and how to apply.

And I've got to say that having a video of yourself beamed to the ISS and back to Earth is a pretty great way to start a new school year.
